Recreation Area
Recreation facilities are for the exclusive use of residents and their guests. A recreation area key is required for access to all amenities.
Guests must be accompanied by a resident while using the facilities.
Pool/Patio furniture is to be used for its intended purpose and shall not be removed from the Recreation area.
Please report any problems, damaged furniture, or facility deficiencies to the Management Company.
Recreation areas may not be reserved for or rented out to groups. Absolutely no parties are allowed anywhere in the Recreation Area.
Pool
Use of the pool is allowed between 8:00am and 11:00pm only.
The Association does not provide lifeguard service. Children under fourteen (14) years of age must be accompanied by an adult (resident) eighteen (18) years or older.
The pool is not heated during winter months when it becomes cost prohibitive to heat the pool to a comfortable temperature.
Please abide by all posted Pool Rules.
Spa
Use of the spa is allowed between 8:00am and 11:00pm only.
All the Rules that apply for the swimming pool also apply to the spa.
Spa operation requires the Recreation Area key.
Please replace spa cover before leaving and abide by all Spa Rules posted.
Sauna
Use of the sauna is allowed between 8:00am and 11:00pm only.
Please read and follow the Directions and Rules for sauna use that are posted near the door to the sauna.
Tennis Courts
Use of the tennis courts is allowed between 8:00am and 10:00pm only.
Limit your play time to 1 hour when other people are waiting to play.
Use of tennis courts for business purposes (e.g. paid tennis coaching) is strictly forbidden.
No black soled shoes, hard-soled shoes, or wet swimming suits are permitted on the courts.
Proper sports shoes must be worn when using the courts.
Racquetball Courts
Use of the racquetball courts is allowed between 8:00am and 10:00pm only.
The racquetball courts are secured by a combination lock. Any resident interested in using the courts must contact the Management Company by phone or fax in order to receive the code for the courts.
You will be required to present proof of residency such as a driver's license or a copy of the lease to obtain the code. Once this is verified you will be given a code with reference to your name and address. When the combination is changed periodically, you will have to call and provide the code that was given to you in order to receive the new combination. The Management Company will confirm residency each time.
Please make sure the courts are locked when you are finished using them. To relock you must first close it and then spin the numbers or it will not lock properly.
No black soled shoes, hard-soled shoes, or wet swimming suits are permitted on the courts.
Proper sports shoes must be worn when using the courts and protective eyewear is recommended.
